Vanessa Alba

 

Rodrigues is a

 

British Asian Writer.

 

A love of literature began at an early age—her parents often recall how she would read newspapers and books upside down before eventually figuring out the correct way to read them.

​

While exploring what she was truly good at, she rediscovered her passion for literature in 2011 while helping her cousin with an essay.

​

Vanessa pursued writing more seriously by enrolling in Media Studies at Kingston College, later earning a BA in Creative Writing and Film and Popular Culture from St Mary’s University College in 2015.

​

She currently lives in Portsmouth, UK, where she works for the NHS and continues to write as a Freelance Writer.
